Objective

Its graduates will be trained to understand modern information technology, to apply business process and software engineering for service development, to utilize economic and management know-how to devise and lead service-oriented businesses, while being aware of legal and regulatory frameworks.
Target Group
The target group for the Master Program Service Engineering & Management are young dynamic professionals (age 28 - 42), who have achieved an academic degree and who are actually working in the field of Service Management, Information Technologies, Software Engineering or IT Management.
